Reflect and set intentions

1. Identify Your Goals: Reflect on what you want to achieve from the session. Are you seeking insight into a specific area of your life, such as career, relationships, or personal growth? Clarifying your goals can help guide the session.
2. Prepare Your Questions: Write down any questions or areas you want to focus on during the session. This helps ensure that you cover all the important topics and make the most of the time together.
3. Stay Open-Minded: Approach the session with an open mind and be receptive to the insights provided. Both life coaching and astrology readings can offer valuable perspectives that might challenge your current thinking or reveal new opportunities.

Relax and focus

1. Find Your Calm: Aim to be in a calm and centered state of mind. You might find meditation, deep breathing, or a walk in nature helpful in preparing to be fully present during our time together.
2. Create a Quiet Space: Ensure you’re in a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. This will help you stay focused and engaged throughout the session.
3. Prepare to Take Notes: Have something handy to take notes with. You might receive a lot of information, and jotting down key points can help you remember and reflect on them later.
4. Post-Session Follow-Up: After our session, you’ll receive an email within 48 hours with a link to the recorded session and, if applicable, copies of your natal and timing charts. Take some time to reflect on the insights provided and consider how you can integrate them into your life.
