Appointment Guidelines: Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy


If you need to reschedule an appointment booked through the online booking option, you can do so online up to 24 hours before your appointment. The link to reschedule your consultation is provided in the confirmation email you received.

If you cannot make your appointment and it is less than 24 hours until your consultation, please contact me as soon as possible at Online rescheduling is not available for appointments that are less than 24 hours away.

In certain circumstances, rescheduling a missed appointment will be allowed. To request a reschedule for a missed appointment, please contact me at within 24 hours of the missed appointment. Exceptions will be made for exceptional circumstances.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation are not eligible for a refund due to the preparation work I complete before our meeting.

If you would like to request a refund, you must contact me by email at at least 24 hours before our scheduled consultation.

Please note that no-shows or missed appointments are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, there are no refunds for completed consulting services.

For partial refunds on packages, the regular service price will be charged for completed services, not the special package rate, and this adjustment will be reflected in your refund amount.

Unused portions of a package may not be eligible for a refund (e.g., missed appointments, package pricing for programs). Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and/or according to the sales disclaimer notice at checkout.

Rescheduling Due to Astrologer Unavailability

If I become unavailable for your consultation, I will notify you promptly via email or phone to reschedule. I prioritize client relationships and will only reschedule in case of a personal emergency. If rescheduling is not possible, I will refund the full amount for the service.
